4. Staff can sign in, open Notifications and tap Enable device notifications.

Web Push requires a compatible iPhone or iPad (iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later), an installed Home Screen web app, and explicit permission. Delivery depends on device and browser support. Physical iPhone push verification is still a release gate.

Android

1. Open this website in a compatible browser such as Chrome.
2. Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
3. Staff can sign in and enable notifications from the notification centre.

Connectivity and privacy

An internet connection is required to submit requests, sign in, and view staff records. Private requests and attachments are never cached for offline use. The offline screen only explains how to reconnect.
